People 1st Award We are delighted to announce that Ayrshire College has been awarded Gold Accreditation by People 1st – the first College in Scotland to receive such an award, and at their highest level!
In addition Salt & Barrel has been awarded the AA Highly Commended College Rosette for its standards of hospitality, service and cuisine, and has been recognised as a Centre of Excellence for Food and Beverage service!
Massive well done to the students and staff who produce a high quality of food and service when studying at Ayrshire College, your hard work is reflected in this award!
Of course an important aspect of our training restaurant is customers, we'd also like to thank you for continuously supporting our students and we look forward to seeing new faces come to experience what we have to offer. Best Bar None Award We are also delighted to announce we have been awarded a Best Bar None Award.
This award was given to us after an inspection was carried out at our premises and we successfully promoted responsible management and operation of alcohol in our premises.
Well done to all our staff and students who contributed to us receiving this award.
