Drinks Menu
Hospitality students make it all happen, and do everything from providing you with a warm welcome to preparing a delicious 3 course lunch using the best locally produced ingredients. Dishes are also available individually priced.
You can enjoy a chilled glass of wine or soft drink with your meal and relax with a speciality coffee or tea. We can also accommodate small parties of guests for corporate lunches or celebration birthday treats. The bar at Salt and Barrel supports the service of the restaurant. Please note that we only serve alcoholic beverages with food. May we respectfully remind guests that this is a training environment; therefore our menus are subject to change and your patience and co-operation would be appreciated. |
